Never order their furniture.

So you would better find the exact color and design of the piece of furniture which is available at their warehouses or even at their stores.
Bad business practices. It is horrible how they run their business! If you order furniture at one store and even tell them that you will go to the warehouse to collect the furniture piece by piece by yourself and you finally go there – nobody there is aware of your existence. So you will have no pleasant experience shopping at these stores, especially because their managers are rude and take care of you only before you buy from them. After they get your money – nobody will ever be interested in the delivery, furniture or your positive feedback.
