Sometimes human places are really artificial and do not bring us that feeling like natural fairy places do. But sometimes they are even better and comprise the features of Nature and the most outstanding fancies. Just like Disney World.
History of Disney World. Walt Disney World Resort is operated by Walt Disney Company. This resort is based in Lake Buena Vista and Bay Lake, Florida. Disney World was opened in 1971. Walt Disney wanted to create larger resort than Disneyland was and started to look for a place in 1951. He decided to choose the place because of the well-developed network of roads. Then it was very difficult to buy such a huge piece of land and Walt Disney used a lot of different dummy companies to realize his vision. The construction of the first park was finished under control of Walt Disney’s brother Roy after Walt passed away. And the resort was named Walt Disney World in the honor of Walt Disney who had started it all and brought so much happiness to kids and adults.
Disney World Resort. Walt Disney World Resort consists of four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot – Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Besides, there are some other attractions such as Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, Disney’s Blizzard Beach, Downtown Disney, Disney’s Wide World of Sports. In Disney World there are two water parks, twenty-three themed hotels and a huge number of different shops, restaurants, attractions and recreation places. Walt Disney World is the largest themed park resort in the world.
